4th of July Celebration with Jim Lauderdale!

If you are in the Asheville area and are looking to celebrate Independence Day, join us in Downtown Asheville in Pack Square for fun, food, and fireworks!

Ingles Markets and Asheville Downtown Association have put together a great community event for the 4th!

We'll be there to entertain, along with Joe Lasher, Jr. and headliner and Grammy winner, Jim Lauderdale!

Our set will start at 415p, Joe will go on around 6p, and Jim will take the stage at 8p. See you there and have a fantastic and safe weekend!

Our State Magazine Music Library

In August, we stopped by the Our State Magazine offices in Greensboro, where we recorded a few tunes for their North Carolina Music Library.

We had so much fun and hope you enjoy some new videos of our songs!  Check out our videos here or you can watch below.

In other news, we are STOKED to be a part of the line-up for Suwannee Springfest 2015 in Live Oak, Florida. Make your plans to come if you can -- an epic weekend awaits you ;)

Happy Humpday!

Anna + John

Tonight at The Grey Eagle in Asheville

We've been looking forward to this show for a couple of months now!

It was a fateful day in March when we met The Defibulators. We were in Knoxville for Rhythm & Blooms and both of us made an appearance on WDVX's Blue Plate Special. They are a talented band, awesome folks (great music, naturally) and we talked about how fun it would be to share a show.

Well, the day came and The Defibulators are heading through Asheville with regional up and coming band, The Whiskey Gentry.

And yours truly will be opening the show! We'll have our friends, Dakota Waddell on upright, and Julian Pinelli on fiddle.

Get ready to GET DOWN, sahn.
